SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 2 working days of purchase. Shipping times may vary based on destination and shipping method, but we strive to get your order to you within 3 – 5 working days. International orders may take longer. You will receive an email including the link to track your parcel shortly after we arrange your shipment.

Rates

UK standard £3.99 / free on orders over £75 / delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

International standard £9.99 / free on orders over £100 / delivered within 4-7 days after dispatch.

Some items may take up to 10 working days to be delivered. This is subjected to the item’s stock availability in our warehouses. This includes our PRE-ORDERED items. Please bare this in mind before placing your order! Thanks for your cooperation

RETURNS

We hope you love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right. You have 30 days upon receipt of your order to return your item(s) for exchange or refund. After the last day of your refund period, you may return unwanted item(s) within 60 days from the day of purchase for a store card which can be used throughout the site.

Returned products must conform to our returns policy below. 

Products should be returned unworn (other than to try them on), unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags and secure packaging (as relevant).

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession, and you must return them in the same condition in which you receive them (except to the extent reasonably necessary to examine them).

If you fail to comply with the above obligations (including the conditions of return), we may deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the product(s) up to the full price of the product(s).
